Today, I baked macaroons based on the recipe I found at AJ's Cooing Secrets ((http://www.ajscookingsecrets.com/2010/08/filipino-coconut-macaroons-and-my-first.html). I am proud to say it was a hit with my visitors today (Pastor Bernard of IES South Jakarta & Sister Jeannette) and my in-laws. They requested for takeaways.
I am bringing some to the office for tasting...
By the way, I will run and ride my bike tomorrow. After these baking binge, I need to!
